the streets fake sale dvds and cds,from musicians hard time of work.?

when people are selling fake music cds why the goverment cant just ban the selling of such cds,dvds.we musicians we pay the goverment tax i myself i pay tax then people from out of this country they come here and set up the busness of ripping the poor musicians hardwork of making music.the same people who sell these items are not paying the goverment tax.so what is holding the goverment to ban the selling of these items.why the man of law waste the tax money of the south africans by also faking the arrest of these sellers.why arrest take bribes and take the stock for themselves and tumorrow they sit in the same corner again.and they just sell again. why cant the goverment just ban the selling of fake guds and start arresting those respossible why give them bail to go and open a new branch.why not send them to jail then depot them back home with a lifetime stamp that says banned in south africa.do the same to the criminals why say 15 yrs then the offender goes to jail for 7 yrs who must do the balance for him.is this the way it goes with the new south africa.we must work and others must come and take for free.
