listened to you music yesterday. First of all I like the ideas behind the sounding landscapes - I believe esp. to trials a freestyler would have no probs improvising to that song.
All in all - the sound reminds me on the "clean" sound of some famous instrumentals of the 80's like "Axel F." in 1985 (H. Faltermeyer).
The question is if that is intended or if you are on your way to more modern sounds?
For modern approaches listen to Dominik's sound, and since I am on search for that as well, my studies are in "Have a Cup of Beer" in my page player.
you're right - learning is most important. How did David Bowie say: "Once you think you are really good - that's the point where you start to play the same song over and over..."
Maybe we could make a deal and give us honest feedback - when I get home I'll listen closely to the music you uploaded for a start.
Hi Danny, I'm a great fan of "FAITHLESS" and "SEEED". Seems to me that you should look for a adequate voice (male+female).............it's the same as me, I'm always looking for the perfect voice for my music. ;-)) And if you would like to add a psychedelic guitar & stuff, do not hestitate and ask Carsten, Brain Mc Donald, Billy WInslow or me. Cheers, Andreas
P.S.: "The build up" comes from Mike Oldfield? :-)))) *just kidding*
You might want to have a look at the work on the member page of "3R Dry Air" and their song / video.
I even could become a fan of "Ees" - he's making impressive things, alas as a Namibian pro he appears to have little time to gamble with amateurs like us - which I think is fair. He uploaded some of his videos on his page, where "What Dey Fightin For" is really worth a look.
Which highlights the question: Why is it only the hip-hoppers always have a video at hand for their music?
Do you have something ready for upload (even old stuff) ?
Where did you try to upload? Music Factory? This feature doesn't work at the moment. But you can upload songs at your profil page in the music player at the left-hand side. I hope this will help you. If not please contact me again.
Hi Carsten, bin heute seit langem mal wieder auf Sawubona gewesen. Hast du die Geschichte mit den Digital Musicians schon gesehen oder getestet? Wie geht es so, was macht die Musik?
Gruß Conny

by Norman DarwenThe first four tracks encapsulate Arkansas-born Billy Jones. ...a wicked, raw, live version of Albert King's 'Personal Manager', 'my Hometown', a bleak, stark portrayal of the ghetto set to a busy but laid-back and bluesy musical commentary that epitomizes what some have defined as his "gangsta bluez" (...though it is perhaps even better on 'Ain't Good Lookin'), the rocking, rollicking, down-home, and subtly Howling Wolf inflected 'Blues Comes Callin'' and the bluesy/ reggae…See More
