About me:
A cosmic child, a believer, and a conscious leader living in leadership and empowering others to be and live their great adventures with the science of results. Committed, passionate and having joy in sharing best practices in transformational leadership and restoring human dignity. Also, exploring and engaging the hidden dynamics in a change process effort in teams, organizations or community life. In addition, supporting others who are on the frontlines willing-fully, and giving of them selves to be the difference in leading transformation. I invite you to be an angel/liberator for women and young girls in Liberia who are tenacious, deserving, and unheard, if you have the capacity and passion to be courageous, a change leader, believer in people, a visionary, and a believer that collectively we can make what appears to be impossible possible. Currently, I am working as a consultant for the UN (UNIFEM Office in Monrovia, Liberia). The project has threefold outcomes: (1) to increase significantly learning opportunities for members (14) of the Women Legislative Caucus of Liberia in Parliament (WLC) to unlock vast yet untapped potentials for members of WLC to learn "how-to" skills in leading transformation at home, work and community life, and (2) to increase significantly learning opportunities for members of WLC to develop a common language in effectively managing the hidden dynamics of a change process, and (3) to increase significantly learning opportunities for members of WLC to match intentions with results and begin to explore and engage with other women groups and stakeholders, to affect what "wants to happen", i.e., the empowerment and leadership for the women's agenda and the women's voice in Liberia. WLC is working with the Ministry of Gender and other stakeholders in Liberia to reconstruct the economic inequalities of women, and protect the rights of women inheritence, health care, education, and prevention of violence against women and young girls. If you or you know someone who may be interested in becoming an angel/liberator for women and young girls in Liberia, please email Wali (me) ASAP at mutazammil@hotmail.com, my website: www.tdgroupglobal.com. Thank you for listening and having a sense of urgency. For your viewing: http://www.praythedevilbacktohell.com/nonflash/index.htm.

For your convenience, you are invited to "click on" the link below which is real time, real people, and showcasing real events. Maybe, there is a possibility for her work to be a part of the ongoing development and efforts of… Continue

Yes We Can, Yes We Did!! With Art, Music, Science and Faith

Dear Carsten and others,

Thank you for your previous messages concerning the Winds of Change. The facts are that about 80% of America's population over 280 million, and nearly 70% of the Republicans elected officials (i.e., opposition to the Democrats elected officials) on Capitol Hill are putting their support, hopes and dreams behind President Obama's ideas, commitment, integrity, and spirit, not the flesh of the man. Therefore, President Obama's ideas and spirit has been embraced… Continue

Winds of Change: Art and Music

Dear family and friends,

Thank you for sharing your truth on the importance of embracing the "Winds of change." President Obama and I both have extended an invitation for cooperation and love for one human family many years ago. The dogma of fear masked in music, art, politics, education, economics, medicine, public safety, and religion, has ran its course. Today, the veils has been lifted and the truth can clearly be seen on the faces and tongues of change leaders or not. Brothers… Continue

Moin, Wali,

and greetings to whereeverYouare from whereverIam.

New Version of "The Moon" is online now and ready for your very welcome review.

Although I'm afraid it might be slightly unfeasible to reach expertise of The Duke and the other oldmasters of Swing, I hope by convincing Steffi to do the vocals is a great step ahead. What do you think?

Hi Wali,

thank you for your kind words. But it is also a big part of Eileen which wrote the original Lyrics. Without her Lyrics i wouldnt have written this song. And as you know, i am neither a musician nor a Poet. But i like to write Poems and Music. The only thing is, for the Music to put it online, i need a friend. His Name is Vladimir and he is a phantastic musician, pianist, composer. So i always sing my melody to him or play the right hand on the piano. Then he is the one to put the harmony. So all in life is to do with someone else. Also the support from round the world is something very good. Thank you for yours. I hope to performe this song with friends soon. As soon as i recorded it and have a mp3 file, i will put it on the site. Lets wait and see if others of the community like to work on the song to make it better. But, have you heard the rain falling in the song?

All the best to you

Moin, Wali,

thank you so much for your evaluation - I will take the suggested comparison for improvements for the next version of that song.

Your feedback isn't at all "out of context" - my version itself could be considered so.
In fact I was wondering if I should make it a rock song - or plain "songwriter unplugged style" - so I asked Gillian what she would prefer. She said "Gospel would be fine", so I tried - but failed - and it ended up half way as "swing" with a closing choir. After all, this was my first try to arrange / perform swing, like "Monica" was 1st try to do something (not un-)like Reggae.

Yes, the voice is mine somehow, as are all other sounds and instruments in the song - up to now. (Lacking a band for 20 years now, I'm used to "just do it"). Though I sometimes have solo or ensemble live performances with my voice, I often apply extensive processing to my vocal recording - to apply a wider variety of styles that would be out of reach otherwise (like my voices in the verses of "Ouma Part I").

I fact, next Tuesday I'm hoping to record a really brilliant female voice for The Moon, so my own vocals will be shelved. Another (tenor) colleage is willing to help in the closing choir part, as well as I'm hoping to record a real jazz drummer soon - to get a massive "swinging" beat in the timing.

Still, I would prefer to become a noble "peaceior" rather than a noble "warrior" in this project :-)))

Stay tuned for the next results to come (next solo song "Land Only Land" is likely to emerge this weekend).

Moin, Wali,

your opinion means really a lot to me - so if you had a little time, I'd be glad.

You'll find it as song #2 on my page player, and there is also a download version. .

Songwriter is Gillian, and I tranformed her pop song into a swing.

Looking forward...

P.S.: We watched Oliver Stone's "W." yesterday - gives us a new angle....

Moin, Wali,

hope life is good and your high and noble aims are at reach. So good to know someone working for the better of leadership, communities and culture.

A little request: Since you appear to be both - a lover of mainstream jazz, and analytic, I would really appreciate some critical comments on my version the "The Moon (Moon over Africa)", which parts of the arrangement or performance have to be improved most, It will be re-recorded in vocals (female lead voice) and drums shortly, still all kind of change is possible. Later Gillian (the original composer) is likely to do an independent remix of it again. So if you have some little time left, I would be happy!

All the best!

Moin, Wali,

same to you, hope your new year started successfully and will be able to ignore the omni-present ghosts of recession.

I believe creativity is one important key for it, faith will be another, and teamwork will match forces to overcome weaknesses of the single. This equation will prove leadership.

What are your recent plans?

cd review

by Norman DarwenThe first four tracks encapsulate Arkansas-born Billy Jones. ...a wicked, raw, live version of Albert King's 'Personal Manager', 'my Hometown', a bleak, stark portrayal of the ghetto set to a busy but laid-back and bluesy musical commentary that epitomizes what some have defined as his "gangsta bluez" (...though it is perhaps even better on 'Ain't Good Lookin'), the rocking, rollicking, down-home, and subtly Howling Wolf inflected 'Blues Comes Callin'' and the bluesy/ reggae…See More
