- About me:
- I am a qualified Clinical Reflexologist/Vacuflexologist. I use homepathy and homotoxicological natural medicines in my practise with good results. You could say that complimentary medicine has a defined and definite place in 21st century healing.
I love writing poetry ( I am not tooo good with music, but hopefully I can provide the words to the tune...!) The clarinet is my choice of musical instrument...and I am actively learning at present....technique is what I lack!
So, with reflexology, relaxation, therapeutic music, and soul.....I guess I will touch the heart!

- My Publisher, CLS Publishers in South Africa, suggested I send in some of my poems to Sawabona Jam....and here I am!
It is an awesome network and the benefits will explode on those who need it most...

- All genres of music touch me....I once heard someone say that "It's what YOU like'.....
In conclusion, Classical music, Chamber Choir, Rock Opera, RandB, Classic Rock, etc....(it all depends on who is delivering!)

Sorry have been out so long....just a lot has happened in my life and re adjusting is taking some time.......but as you see I have some of the music I have done here at home posted now....hope to get to spend more time here....everyone take care..
