Hi to everyone who may decide to read my comment! I enjoy the priviledge of being part of the 'global community.'

In order to help others, one must first be able to help oneself...After all, to whom can we be good if we cannot be good to ourselves. I see the music and poetry as introspection (especially the lyrics), and therin lies the character of the soul. On…
I am a qualified Clinical Reflexologist/Vacuflexologist. I use homepathy and homotoxicological natural medicines in my practise with good results. You could say that complimentary medicine has a defined and definite place in 21st century healing.
I love writing poetry ( I am not tooo good with music, but hopefully I can provide the words to the tune...!) The clarinet is my choice of musical instrument...and I am actively learning at present....technique is what I lack!
So, with reflexology, relaxation, therapeutic music, and soul.....I guess I will touch the heart!
How did you come across this Community?
My Publisher, CLS Publishers in South Africa, suggested I send in some of my poems to Sawabona Jam....and here I am!
It is an awesome network and the benefits will explode on those who need it most...

Hi Cheryl, so you have to meet her once. She is living in Clevedon (near Auckland) is an Opera Singer and giving a lot of concerts and teaching. If you want, you can look on her website www.ginasanders.net.
I am sorry, i am not from South Africa, but maybe one day i would like to go there. If it happens that you pass Germany or Stuttgart, please give me a call.
Hi Cheryl, i saw you come from NZ. Maybe you also know my good friend Gina Sanders with whom we performed my song "The colour of the rain" which i wrote for Sawubona on the lyrics of Eileen van Zyl. If you want, look and hear the video. Hope to hear from you. Conny from Stuttgart in Germany
that sounds phantastic. I'm with you 100%. Because my daughter seemed to move her head only contraintly, we went to a "whole person"-specialist and after three sessions it was gone and she was completely relaxed. Good to have you here! If you like to collaborate in any way YOU like, please do not hesitate.......! Enjoy SAWUBONA and be aware of "behind every member, there's a WHOLE PERSON!"
Hi Carsten, bin heute seit langem mal wieder auf Sawubona gewesen. Hast du die Geschichte mit den Digital Musicians schon gesehen oder getestet? Wie geht es so, was macht die Musik?
Gruß Conny
